I am a founder, investor and strategist with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of innovation, healthcare and technology.

But titles have never been the most important part of my journey.

What fascinates me is understanding people: what drives them, what shapes them and what allows them to flourish.

Because every company, every partnership and every ecosystem begins with something deeply human.

It begins with people trying to understand themselves and one another.

That belief became the foundation for my work and ultimately led to the creation of The Garden.

My journey

For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside founders, CEOs and leadership teams in healthcare, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.

I helped companies define their brands, sharpen their strategies and accelerate growth.

But over time, I began to notice a pattern.
The companies that struggled were rarely lacking talent, ambition or opportunity.

What they lacked was alignment.

Different visions.
Different expectations.
Different values.
Different ideas about success.

I realised that strategy was rarely the real challenge.
The real challenge was human.

That insight changed everything.

Today, my work is no longer about helping companies grow faster.

It is about helping people understand themselves and each other more deeply, so that they can build stronger relationships, stronger companies and stronger ecosystems.

The Garden

The Garden was born from a simple belief:
People should understand themselves before deciding who they build with.

Too often, founders and investors spend months evaluating companies, products and financial projections, while never truly understanding the people on the other side of the table.

The Garden exists to change that.

It is an alignment infrastructure designed to help founders and investors gain clarity about who they are, what they value and how they make decisions before entering long-term partnerships.

Because the future does not belong to those who move the fastest.

It belongs to those who build with the right people.

My work is not measured by
the number of companies I help build.

It is measured by the number of people who feel more themselves after encountering me.

I believe that every person carries a unique signal.

A combination of experiences, dreams, values and intuition that shapes the way they move through the world.

My role is not to tell people who they should become.
My role is to help them reconnect with who they already are.

Because when people understand themselves, they create better relationships.

Better relationships create stronger companies.
Stronger companies create stronger ecosystems.
And stronger ecosystems create a better future.

My presence cultivates the conditions in which life can flourish.
