For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside founders, investors and leaders
across healthcare, technology and innovation.

As a founder, I know the courage it takes to create something from nothing.

As an investor, I understand the responsibility that comes
with believing in another person’s vision.

And as a strategist, I have learned that the greatest challenges
we face are rarely strategic.

They are human.

Over the years, I have come to believe that understanding ourselves
must come before deciding what we build, who we build with and
the future we want to create together.

and too little time understanding people.

Is this the right investment?
Is this the right strategy?

But rarely do we ask:
Who am I?
What drives me?
What do I value?
How do I make decisions?
What kind of people allow me to flourish?
What future am I trying to create?

Most relationships fail not because people lack intelligence or ambition, but because they never truly understood each other in the first place.
